Resell Google Sites

As you all probably know I work for Kirksville Web Design as Lead Designer. We've proudly partnered with many Google Apps Resellers who then in turn market and resell our services.



What do you mean "Resell"?
Kirksville Web Design creates custom Google Sites websites. We usually provide fixed firm price quotes to our clients. However, if you find a client for us, we can provide you the price quote and then you can add your own profit margin (for example 10%).


Give me an example
Let's say you're an IT guy, you sell computers and do networking. You aren't a graphic designer, but you know a lawyer who needs a new website, either it looks horrendous or he doesn't have one at all.

Offer to create a website for him using this awesome web designer you know (that's us!). Email us and tell us about your lawyer friend. We'll send to a survey to share with the lawyer friend. When he fills that out and gives it back to you then we can take a look and give you a price quote.

Let's say we quoted $750 for the project. You can take that quote and add $250 (that's the Resell). Offer the lawyer friend a website for $1,000 with no monthly fees and no hosting costs (he'll be excited! the website pays for itself in a year or two!).

We make the website as your subcontractor, behind the scenes that is.

    Hi,
    You did a great informative post. Web design now a days has been very more unique because of new software's and apps user can have. As a web developer you have to know the right and proper ways to do it right, to make is stand on Google sites.

RSS Feed for Google Sites!

A Reliable Gadget for Embedding your Feeds I was struggling just weeks ago trying to create a RSS feed that looked decent and accomplished what should be a simple task. This minor update caught me by surprise and I am happy to see it. I was using FeedWind to accomplish a RSS feed through an iframe, that means my html was hosted with a third-party and embedded onto the webpage via Mori79's iframe gadget (search iframe under public gadgets and it is the first one). The Slideshow Option. Not terribly useful, but nice. Anyways, no more iframes, just a customizable, easy to use Google-endorsed gadget. We at Kirksville Web Design have already fully tested out this gadget including the interesting display feature, slideshow. The slideshow only shows the title as a link and a thumbnail. It's not the most useful or aesthetically pleasing, but I'm all for options here. No Transparency Allowed on Hexcode for bg color. Here's the original post below. Enjoy! Better
